Every piece at Loved, Again is thoughtfully sourced, professionally authenticated and photographed with care. As our items are unique vintage treasures, all sales are final.

Change of Mind

We are unable to refund, return or exchange for change of mind, or minor vintage wear that is already shown and described in our condition ranking guide. Assessment of vintage items can be subjective, signs of wear is expected, and condition standards may vary.  Please review all images, descriptions and conditions carefully prior to purchasing.

Authenticity Guarantee 

Every item is authenticated through Legit Grails, you will receive an official certificate with your order. If an item is proven not authentic buy a reputable third-party authenticator, a full refund will be issued upon return of the piece in its original condition.

Shipping & Responsibility 

Once your order is dispatched, delays or loss/stolen parcels are outside of our control. However, we are always happy to assist in any investigation or claims.
