Shipping & Delivery

At Loved, Again, we're committed to getting your carefully curated vintage pieces to you safely and efficiently.

Local Delivery (Melbourne Metro)

We offer local delivery to Melbourne metro areas 20km from Diamond Creek on weekends. Select local delivery at checkout and enter your postcode to see if you are eligible. You're welcome to nominate a preferred delivery time at checkout. All delivery times are confirmed by Loved, Again prior to dispatch to ensure availability. Customers must be home to receive their order, or it will be returned and another day must be organised for delivery. Customers may need to pay a fee for redelivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Each vintage piece is carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged with care before dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected method. All costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable) so you can follow your package's journey.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to some international destinations including New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout based on destination. All international orders include tracking. Delivery times vary depending on country and customs processing. 

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Loved, Again is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
